The apartments are wood framed construction over an existing 2-story concrete garage structure with direct and secure elevator access from the subterranean parking garage to the residential floors as well as a pool, gym, and resident lounge. 10,000 sf of retail and restaurant space along Union and about 75 parking spaces.
