The Overton Square Garage is a cast-in-place post-tension structure that was constructed for $12 million. The three-story parking garage can house up to 451 cars while also being able to detain 1,000,000 gallons of rain water in a large detention basin underneath it that will help ease flooding in Midtown.

A significant benefit with this new facility is the detention basin. CSA assisted in the flooding control efforts by designing a one million cubic foot detention basin underneath the garage to help ease this issue.
