Mr. Davis joined Chad Stewart & Associates, Inc. (CSA Engineering) in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design. His background includes the design of plumbing, medical gas, compressed air, domestic water, laboratory water, and fire protection systems for educational, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and institutional facilities. Prior to joining CSA, he spent more than two decades with a consulting engineering firm, where he developed extensive experience in system design, engineering calculations, specifications, BIM/CADD modeling, and construction administration. His practical field experience and technical expertise enable him to deliver efficient, coordinated, and code-compliant designs across a wide range of project types.
