The project consists of 33 buildings and 130 total housing units. There were 140,221 sf of multi-family units with a 3 story 63,800 steel framed semi-retirement home. The  Multi-family units consisted of typical 2 & 3 story wood framed structures with exterior breezeways and exterior balconies. There were multiple building types on the campus.
