Mr. Mynatt joined Chad Stewart & Associates, Inc. (CSA Engineering) in 2026, bringing over 46 years of experience in mechanical systems design. His design experience includes all major types of HVAC systems including chilled water systems, hot water systems, steam heating systems, packaged units, constant volume systems, variable volume systems, and water source heat pumps. His project duties involve all phases of the work from the preliminary concepts, load analysis, utility investigations, equipment selections, system layout and drafting, specification writing, and project observation during construction. His design experience also includes computer-aided drafting, and he is proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit.
